We customize each treatment specifically to each client for optimum wellness. We incorporate your choice of massage tools, cupping, hot towel treatments, CBD oil, or magnesium cream into our massage sessions at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- GRATUITY/TIPS (CASH OR VENMO ONLY BEGINNING JUNE 1, 2023) ALWAYS APPRECIATED, AND ARE SEPARATE FROM TREATMENT PRICING.
- GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE SPECIFICALLY FOR DOLLAR AMOUNT OR TIMED SESSION LISTED AND TIP/GRATUITY CANNOT BE INCLUDED AS PART OF GIFT CERTIFICATE TOTAL, OR ANY REMAINING GIFT CERTIFICATE TOTAL.
- CANCELLATIONS MUST BE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. NO SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS GIVEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE ARE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT IN FULL.
- IF AN APPOINTMENT IS MISSED OR IN VIOLATION OF OUR 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY, FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD ON FILE. GIFT CERTIFICATES , AND PACKAGES ARE CONSIDERED REDEEMED FOR NO SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
- IF FOR ANY REASON A CREDIT CARD HAS NOT BEEN PUT ON FILE, CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT OF TREATMENT SESSION PER OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
- ALL APPOINTMENTS START ON TIME, ANY LATE ARRIVALS WILL END AT ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TIME, AND CHARGED FULL PRICE.

You can add yourself to our waitlist which acts as our cancellation list by clicking “Book Now” at the top and select a date and time that work best for you. Please call for same day appointments, and understand that we may already be booked for the day. If a call has not been returned about same day booking, we are at capacity for the day. It's best to schedule your appointments online 12 hours or more ahead of time. We may be in session and unavailable to answer our phones. We require a credit card to HOLD ALL appointments, including gift certificate holders. No charges will be made until services are rendered or per our cancellation policy.
