Yes. Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance. No shows/cancellations given less than 24 hours in advance are subject to payment in full. Credit card is required to be put on hold for ALL appointments including gift certificate holders. No charges will be made to credit card until services are rendered. Or, if there are any no shows or cancellations given less than 24 hours notice. If an appointment is missed or in violation of our 24 hour cancellation policy, full payment will be charged to credit card on file, gift certificates, and packages are considered redeemed. If no credit card has been put on file for any reason, client is subject to payment in full. All appointments start on time. Any late arrivals will end at originally scheduled time, and charged full price. Prices subject to change at anytime without notice.
Each of our therapists have to accept each individual appointment prior to the scheduled date and time requested. You will receive a notification once the request has been submitted, and another confirmation email AND text notification once the therapist has accepted or denied the appointment.
All gift card/certificate purchases have no cash value, are non-transferable and are non-refundable, and can ONLY be used towards a package for the exact dollar amount of package. Any gift card/certificate purchases are for amount of service only. Gift card/certificate purchases cannot be used towards gratuity/tip, and cannot be used towards retail products for sale or any services already discounted. Any gift cards/certificates purchased before January 1, 2019 will owe a price difference of $40-$50, or more depending on the date listed on the gift certificate and our pricing at the time of redemption. Credit card is required to be put on hold to schedule appointment for gift certificate holders. Please inquire within for further details.
All packages have no cash value, are non-transferable, and non-refundable. Packages purchased with a specific practitioner MUST be scheduled and completed with that practitioner until all sessions have been redeemed. Packages of 6 expire 6 months from original purchase date. Packages of 12 expire 12 months from original purchase date, and MUST be used weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly consecutively. Packages, and Gift Certificates/Cards cannot be combined with any other offer. ESCAPE therapeutic massage reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card on hold per our cancellation policy terms and agreements. Client is subject to payment in full for any session not included in package with another practitioner or service.
We do not participate with any insurance companies. However, we do accept HSA, and FSA. Or, we can supply you with a receipt for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. Please check with your insurance company, as we have no direct access with any insurance company. Please ONLY schedule the session that your insurance will approve. Most insurances only cover a 60 Minute Session. Please schedule only a 60 Minute Therapeutic Massage for insurance reimbursements.
At this time we do not offer corporate or other chair massage events. We are only scheduling 60 or 90 minute sessions at our office location currently.
Yes. We require a credit card to book all appointments to secure your spot with our therapists/providers. This includes appointments being scheduled with gift certificates. Credit cards are NOT charged any amount until services are rendered or if there is a violation per our 24 hour cancellation and no show policy (refer to first question on this page).
Yes. We now have a feature through our online booking called Vagaro Pay Later. This allows you to pay every 2 weeks over a 2 month period for all of our package deals. If you wish to sign up for this feature, you must do so before your scheduled appointment with us. Please inquire within for further details.
The fastest and best way to schedule a Lymphatic Drainage session is on our home page by clicking “Book Now” near the top. If this is your first Lymphatic Drainage session with us, please select Initial Post Op Lymphatic Drainage With Consultation. If you have had 1 or more Lymphatic Drainage sessions with us, please select Lymphatic Drainage Session. For pricing and more information about our Lymphatic Drainage sessions, click on “Book Now” on our Home Page near the top. Please schedule in advance for all Lymphatic Drainage sessions as we cannot guarantee a last minute appointment will be available. If you have a surgery scheduled, please plan these sessions accordingly. Thank you.
No, we do not offer Physical Therapy/PT. We are not Licensed/Certified Physical Therapists, and do not accept insurance for any type of Physical Therapy prescription.
